Yeah, that's what I'd always heard. The reason I ask is because I was watching the gymnastics world championships, and one of the (american) gymnast's name was pronounced Ah-NAST-ee-ah, with the emphasis on 'nast' like in nasty. I was just wondering if it was an American pronounciation thing, or just this particular person.
