I'd really like to be able to go back full time and study something completely, just for interest's sake.

Oh, I can so relate to this! I really regret now not taking more history classes for example. And I'm enjoying my computer classes immensely- I'm *so* tempted to just say the heck with it and get another bachelors. But.. so many hobbies, so little time!
