Photshop Madness!

For everyone who is wondering - wolfwarrior WAS in Brisbane, then was back in Canberra, then headed down here for the weekend, and now *checks watch* should be just about BACK in Canberra.

We went to the zoo. It was hot. The otters hid under a log. I was disappointed.


While waiting for the guests to arrive, I decided to play with photoshop. Feeling moderately proud of myself, I then wanted to share the fruits of my labour on lj, which required me to learn how to stick pictures in a post. I think I have it sorted - I guess we'll find out :) Therefore, this entry will be a work in progress for the next few minutes (hours) until I figure out what I am doing. Be gentle with me - it's my first time :)

Oh wow, these are great!! You are waaay ahead of me in photoshopping skills! I'm going to have watch the Clone Wars cartoons now to see the undoubted greatness that is the Red Commander :D

Thanks! Honestly, these were the product of me spending 3 or 4 hours going "Hey, I wonder what this button does?" :)

My analysis of photoshop so far - it looks insanely complicated, and their help software is pretty useless (there is better stuff online), but once you figure out what it going on it's remarkably easy to use. Like most things that way, I guess.

You should watch the Clone Wars cartoons, especially volume 1. They are just so over-the-top ridiculous, it's hilarious. But you may need a bucket of something cool nearby (snow is good) when you experience the sheer wonder of Red Commander :)
