Jan. 18th, 2006 02:56 amWow. Anyone seen this yet? Group of fans want to raise enough money to pay for a new series of Firefly, by taking donations. Their goal? $24 million. That's almost as much as the Americal domestic gross of Serenity (and, oh, 20 times the Australian). One thinks they may be being a tad optimistic.

At least the money will go to charity, when they don't meet the target/the idea gets blown out of the water.
Random Observation of the Day - Lindsay Crouse was in the first season of Alias. Playing a paranormal FBI agent-type. Now we know where Maggie Walsh got her training :)
