I also came out of the movie feeling not particularly sad about the Jedi getting annihilated - not the feeling I think GL was aiming for there :)

So yes, I pretty much agree with most of your comments - but I'm (kinda) willing to overlook some of it for the sake of the doomed friendship between A and OW.
Yeah. I don't know why I'm not. It just made me feel bad about the whole thing because it did happen so fast and it seemed like it could easily have been prevented or things might have happened differently somehow. I don't really know. I just lost my Star Wars love. :-(
