How to escape a killer robot
Jan. 7th, 2006 03:23 am1 week down, 3 to go...
Wondering how to protect yourself from psychotic killer robots? Then this is essential reading Because we all know the robot rebellion is coming
I wonder if any of those tricks would work on Daleks?
I am going to miss my subscription to New Scientist, but I really can't afford it at the moment. Not to mention that they still haven't changed my address since the last time I moved, despite numerous requests from me. Ah well, that's what a newsagent is for, I guess.
Random Observation of the Day - The airconditioner is still not fixed. NOT HAPPY, JAN.

Date: 2006-01-07 07:44 am (UTC)I guess since it's a weekly journal, it isn't really too bad, but still a big outlay at once.

Date: 2006-01-07 12:32 pm (UTC)Very sage advice - I think I might stick this up at the communal front door to my block of flats.
To forestall a mechanised killing spree you must act as though nothing is amiss. When your servant hands you an old tyre half full of rainwater and mosquito larvae instead of an iced tea, simply sip politely, nod and smile.
My god, that's just what it's like when one of my colleagues tries and makes me a cup of tea at my work. Now I know - she's not human!!!
Fabulous (and very useful) stuff! :D
