No, really? Thanks for the heads up, I might not have guessed. *sigh*

Also, the contractors for my project behave like children. You'd think if you were the PM for a massive project, you could at least pretend to have some maturity. Apparently not.

I want an 'exasperated' mood.

Having worked in customer service I'll confirm that, nice people you bend over backwards for, jerks go to the end of the line.

(Really hateful people get handed over to the strictest, crankiest, most "no means no" manager you can get your hands on.)

Oh yeah. I've done my own time in customer service, and it's amazing the rules which will get broken bent for the nice people - and the ones that won't for the jerks.

You'd think they'd have figured it out by now...
