I've decided, I think it must be an Australian thing. I was fully expecting to go to the grocery store here and complain about Easter eggs yesterday - and none. After years of complaining, I had nothing to complain about. The Americans are all hooked up on Valentines Day first.
*sits around a waits for Australia Day* I can't wait to freak out the neighbours with our large Aussie Flag and having a BBQ in the middle of winter. I can't wait to get back home.
The Valentines Day ads are getting a bit much to bear. I end up watching BBCA, and you don't see many ads for anything but Torchwood and Dr Who. It works out better that way. *g*
I'll be back in Australia on the 12th of Feb, and moving into a Hall of Residence at ANU (whichever one, when I get that offer, am hoping for Bruce) on the 16th. O Week then from the 18th to the 22nd. It's all happening.
