It was the one set at the end of the universe where Death's trying to end all existance (and go into retirement), but there's a pesky Jack Harkness holding everything up.

Don't worry about it, found it through ljseek - it's amazing how accurate stringing the words 'death jack discworld torchwood fic' together can be ;D
