It's the Geeky Things in life that are often the Best.

Watching of Torchwood has been temporarily postponed, pending the end of the match. People are supposed to be visiting tonight, but it doesn't look like they are going to show, so I should get a couple of episodes in before I need to hit the sack.

For some reason, the breeze blowing into my room smells like the sea. This would make more sense if we weren't 100's of kms from the coast.

Yeah, the cutting in and talking thing was.. weird. Apart from anything else, you'd think the Gilchrist and Ponting would have to concentrate on the game rather than talking to the commentary team? Although it could make for some interesting candid comments - could you imagine having to basically conduct a press interview for the entire duration of the game? Something less than politically correct will slip out sooner or later.

This is the first 20/20 game I've seen. I was a bit dubious about the idea, but to my surprise liked the atmosphere, although the fireworks was a bit over the top. Still, as long as this doesn't replace traditional tests or one-dayers, then I'll keep watching it.
